This is one of the few privileged villas in Cala Deia, located by the sea and with truly wonderful sea and mountain views. The rocky and pebble beach is only 50 meters away via a private path. Do not forget the jacuzzi with best views ever !! The place is astonishing all year round. Every single room has AC/heater. You will not find better views anywhere. Paradise exists and can be yours. It is also a trully amazing place for our very few neighbours so I am afraid no party people accepted. My family built the house when there were not even roads and they had to use boats and donkeys to carry everything over.

There was always convenient parking for one rental car, and the Schwimmbecken was great to dive into after a day of exploring the island. The balcony welches also great to relax on for a few drinks before and after dinner in the evening.
Schwimmbecken Tresen serves decent snacks and drinks. All staff very polite and helpful. Good location for both the beach and the quieter top end of the resort (Costa de lanthan calma) which has some nice restaurants serving authentic Spanish food. Palma is a great city and Häuser mit Meerblick Mallorca not far. We went twice on the bus.
